Could It Be? The Internet and RAWR Part 3?

As Bender would say: I’m Back Baby!

My Internet was installed yesterday afternoon, and I couldn’t be happier.

Now I’ll be spending the following couple of weeks catching up on updating Folaji.com, with the first update being the post of RAWR: Expedition to Chult – Part 3, written by Fyrewind and sent to me way to long ago.

Hope you enjoy, and hope that those of your participating in the RAWR D&D adventure have fun tomorrow (if there is a session).

Its Over :(

Well, its official: after over a year of fun and games, the Soulhers adventure comes to a close as I’m moving to Montréal.

I just want to say how fun it was to play with you guys and how I’ll miss our weekly adventures. I also regret that I won’t be able to participate in Fyrewind’s upcoming “RAWR” adventure, though as I said earlier tonight, I don’t mind guest-starring a few times. I’ll keep the website up as a tool for you all to use with the upcoming adventure, as well as a place for me to continue posting stories (new stories are always welcome, of course ).

Also, with the adventure now over, I will start writting stories set in the Soulhers universe, seeing as there is still much more to be said and done. Who knows, maybe Herman and the Masters of the Universe may pop by once in a while.

After all, as we learned with Omar, Ivel and Barash: in the world of the Soulhers, no one ever really dies…

Part 2 Now Available (RAWR)

RAWR, the short story by Fyrewind (aka Jean Labrie) now has more mystery and intrigue with the publication of RAWR – Part 2.

Also, some information on RAWR from Fyrewind’s recent forum post:

Rawr is only the codename until I get a suitable title and will be tied to an upcoming Dnd campaign I am attempting to throw together. More info on that coming in the future when I get more stuff done.

Neverwinter Nights VS Neverwinter Nights 2

Fyrewind suggested last Sunday that I take a look at Neverwinter Nights, a game where I could create a campaign based on the Soulhers adventure. I’ve since downloaded the demo and am very interested at what this game can allow me to do. The only issue I have is, do I get the first game or its sequel?

The sequel has better graphics and uses the 3.5 rules set, but my understanding is that there are still many people playing the original game. So, which is best? and Why?

As promised, the last part of Herman’s back story is here! In this part of the story, we are treated to the conclusion of the wizard’s dream as well as a cliffhanger ending.

I am proud to announce that the second player character origin story has been published on the site.

War of the Soulhers – Herman’s Story follows the adventures of Herman the Hermit prior to joining Grob, Omar, Archer, Tessy and Stormer.

This story is written by Herman’s alter ego: Fyrewind (Jean Labrie).
